Helping Hands
Helping Hands is a women’s group who’s mission is to serve one another – anyone, anytime, any place with the kindness, caring and love of Jesus. All of the funds we raise through making creative crafts to sell, our annual Friendship Tea and November Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner go to Trinity United Methodist Church and local needs. Members are currently making crafts at home anticipating future events.
Helping Hands will resume meeting in our Church building at 12:00 noon on the second Tuesday of every month when Covid resolves.
Immersion Bible Study
For the past 5 years we have been offering the Immersion Bible Study Series. This series helps the participant immerse themselves in the Word of God on book at a time. The series is written by various authors and allows us to focus on each book of the Bible. This is not a super in depth look at each book. But it is a slightly more than general overview of the important themes raised in the text. If you ever wanted to know more about a particular book of the Bible this a good place to start. If you have any questions please contact the pastor.
The Immersion Bible Study meets Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. Please contact us for meeting codes.
Senior Friends
Have you ever had trouble with that old arthritis getting up in the morning?Or every time you go to the doctors they give you another pill to take? Or are family members always telling you what you should or shouldn’t be doing? It gets so frustrating. We have a senior support group that meets on Monday afternoons at 1:00pm. Anyone who is 65 or older who would like to fellowship with other seniors, please feel free to join us! There is lots of fun, conversations, and always refreshments!
Senior Friends will resume meetings after July 4th.
Sunday School
Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:45 for Super Summer Sunday School. Children of all ages are welcome.
The Adult Sunday School class will resume meeting in the fall.
Women’s Bible Study
The “Women of the Third Morning” gather for joyful study of the Bible! We desire to grow in our faith and our relationship with God, with Jesus and with each other. We learn to apply God’s Word to our real, daily lives, beautiful and brave. We encourage one another. We share the Good News of Jesus and God’s love with others. We have been using the Stonecroft series of studies of books of the Bible.
Women’s Wednesday Night Bible Study will resume meeting at 7:00 every Wednesday evening in our Church building when the Covid situation resolves. We are currently considering meeting via Zoom.
